Shipping Information

We offer a selection of shipping options through trusted parcel services, prioritizing speed, safety, and reliability to guarantee prompt delivery of your order. Delivery options for each item are clearly outlined on its product page and during checkout. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Shipping Exceptions

  • Deliveries are generally not made on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • If you reside in a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands), additional shipping fees or restrictions may apply.
  • For international orders outside the United States, additional fees or shipping restrictions may also apply.
  • Shipping times provided during checkout are estimates based on the parcel service's guidelines and are subject to change.
  • Please note that USPS Priority Mail is not guaranteed; delivery times provided are estimates only.

Small Parcel Shipping Information

Signatures are not required for Small Parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package is at the discretion of the carrier. For special delivery instructions, we recommend placing a note on your door with your name, request, and tracking number on the scheduled delivery date.

Deliveries are made through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Available shipping options will be displayed in your Shopping Cart and typically include:

  • 1-Day Shipping
    Your order will be promptly processed and delivered within 1 business day.

  • 2-Day Shipping
    Your order will be promptly processed and delivered within 2 business days.
    Note: Orders placed outside the specified time frame will be shipped the next day. Deliveries are generally not made on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • Ground Shipping
    Please allow the full processing time from the supplier's warehouse, plus 1-7 business days in transit for delivery.

  • Expedited Shipping
    Please allow the full processing time from the supplier's warehouse, plus 2 business days in transit for delivery.

  • Express Shipping
    Please allow the full processing time from the supplier's warehouse, plus 1 business day in transit for delivery.

Order Delivery Timeline

For Small Parcel shipments within the United States, delivery typically takes between 1 and 6 business days, depending on the carrier (excluding USPS, which may take 1-10 business days). For expedited shipping services such as 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air, your order will be delivered according to the selected speed after it leaves the warehouse. Please note that the estimated Lead Time applies before your item ships, so be sure to review the product’s Lead Time before selecting expedited shipping. Tracking Your Packages

To track your order, simply click on the order number link in the "Orders" section of your My Account page. If you have multiple orders, select the specific order you wish to track. Once you’ve selected your order, tracking information will be displayed for any items that have already been shipped.

Free Shipping Information

Items marked with FREE SHIPPING! on the product page qualify for free shipping. To keep pricing transparent and straightforward, we either offer free shipping or, in certain cases, charge a shipping fee per item. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and cover ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Rest assured, there are no hidden fees or handling charges—the price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with one exception: orders shipped to Florida will incur a sales tax charge.

Be cautious of companies that hide shipping charges and surprise you with high fees or oversized shipping costs during checkout. Always ensure you understand the total cost of your purchase before completing your order.

Exclusions

Certain products may incur additional shipping charges, either per item or based on the order amount. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly outlined on the shopping cart page prior to checkout.

The order amount for promotional shipping offers does not include gift cards, bulk orders, applicable shipping charges, international fees, or sales tax. A shipping surcharge applies to shipments to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and U.S. Territories. Some items may have specific shipping charges and are not eligible for reduced shipping rates or free shipping. However, other eligible items in your cart at the time of checkout will still contribute toward the qualifying total.

We keep our pricing simple and transparent, saving you time and ensuring you know exactly what to expect at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Before inquiring about a return, please have your order number and receipt ready.

You may cancel an order or return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping cost on undamaged or unwanted items. A 30% restocking fee will apply to any returned reels that have been spooled with line.

If the return is due to defective merchandise or an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping costs.

For returns where the reason is “No Longer Wanted” or “Purchased by Mistake,” the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover the carrier’s services.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds may be partial in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before the refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at eatmytackle@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
