"Catch of the Month" February Recipe - Grouper Parmesan


  • 2 pounds fresh grouper fillets
  • 2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 dash of your favorite hot pepper sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste


Step 1: Preheat your oven broiler to "high", approx. 500 degrees.

Step 2: Grease a baking sheet and place your grouper fillets leaving about an inch between them.  Brush fillets with lemon juice and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: In a small bowl, throw in the rest of the ingredients.  Stir to combine and set aside.  Place your fillets into the broiler for 4 to 6 minutes until they are white and flaky.  

Step 4: Remove fillets from the broiler and spread your cheese mixture on top.  Return to the broiler for an additional 30 seconds, or until the topping is browned and bubbly.  Plate and enjoy hot!
